What Iron Diet Should Be Followed In Iron Deficiency?
what are ALL the iron foods for my 11 year-old daughter? they said she needs more iron foods in her body for something that says if she doesnt get enough iron foods that if she starts to bleed when she scrapes herself or something,she wont stop bleediong what type of iropn foods will work with that?

With your query, best iron containing foods are green leafy vegetables,sprouts etc... especially spinach is a good source.you can also be on haemetenics for temporarily and maintain the levels with healthy food.Then most importantly, you have mentioned bleeding does not stop after any scratch plz check her all the blood parameters are normal or not including bleeding tine,clotting time,prothrombin time with other blood parameters.Kindly check for all these immediately.hope this is helpful
