L arginine convert in to the nitric oxide in the presence of nitric oxide synthase and nitric oxide is a vasodilator.
L arginine and proanthocyanidin are vasodilator that increase the blood supply to the placenta so better nutrition and oxygen supply to fetus in placental insufficiency case.
It also use to prevent miscarriage, growth retardation and preterm labor.
As a nutrition view, it also provide good nutrition to the baby in intrauterine growth restriction case. It is safe and can be continued till the full term pregnancy.
