What Is Trazodone Prescribed For?
My Dr. prescribed the medication Flovoxamine maleate 50 mg to me for sleeping disorders, as Trazadone was no longer working for me and I did not wan t to take it any more. Im concerned because I can t find anywhere that it is prescribed for sleep ? Is this prescribed for sleep as well as the long list of other conditions ?

Fluoxamine is an antidepressant drug used for sleep disorder also. Yes, it is indicated in some other conditions also like anxiety mixed depression, postmenopausal stress etc. If you only have sleeping problems, there are other good alternatives like clonazepam. You may consult your doctor and ask for alternative drugs.
