What Is Xerythromycin Ointment Prescribe For?
Just came from eye dr who prescribed erythromycin ointment for my eyes to be used at nite. I cannot remember what the name of the condition on my was.....started with a my(something). Sounds like I have dirty eyeballs and need to clear them up so that I can see better. What do I have?????

It seems from the history that you are having blepharitis for which you have been prescribed with erythromycin eye ointment.
The treatment of the condition is by lid hygiene by cleaning the eye lid margins daily using cotton bud and applying erythromycin eye ointment to the lid margin.
