What Is A Diagnosis Of Normal Sized Anteverted Uterus With Intact Endometrium And Polycystic Ovaries Mean?

I got my result to the ultrasound but my physician cannot explain it to me because they are already closed. they said I need to go back on tuesday for the follow up, she said she will explain it to me, but then I will need to pay again even tho I already have the result same day of the check up and results came out she will just explain it to me. I will need to wait 4 more days just for the explanation of the result, I don t have that amount to pay for it again for the check up just to explain the result of my lab tests. Stated in the diagnosis. Normal sized anteverted uterus with intact endometrium Polycystic ovaries. can someone explain it to me? Your response will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
