What Is A Good Calorie Range To Maintain Weight?

Female, 43, 5'8" 129lbs. I exercise about 1 hour a day, six days a week, sometimes more (ride bike to work, run). What is a good calorie range for me to stay in to maintain my weight and not gain? I have no outstanding health issues, and I'm a vegetarian.

Have healthy diet avoid fried foods. Have sprouts, channa murmura, skim milk, curds fruits daily no juices, avoid oily stuffs. Small and frequent meals. Walk regularly 40-45 mins avoid eating too much of sugar and Salt don't eat too much of spices.
