What Is A Hard Grape-sized Lump On The Tricep Which Hurts On Being Pushed?

I have a hard grape-sized lump on my tricep. It is on the outside side of my arm. It doesn't hurt unless pushed on, hard. It seems to almost be attached to the muscle, at first I thought it was a muscle knot even. What could this be and should I see a doctor?

Hi
Thanks for writing your query
After going through the brief description. You require a physical examination and the lump may be a lipoma (benign tumour of fatty tissue) or neurofibroma (that is benign tumour of nerve). MRI is best investigation in your case.
Hope this information helps you.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
