it's an irregular heartbeat. I have one, it's nothing bad, some people are born with it. you can also get one from doing drugs or something, in which case the murmur is dangerous to your health, because you're not getting enough blood through you're veins. a "regular" heart murmur just means that your heart skips abeat or adds one every so often, but it doesn't effect your health at all.
