What Is A Normal Ultrasound Scan Report Taken At 19 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hi I m 19 weeks pregnant and my scan said there is a single viable intrauterine cephalic presenting foetus in right oblique lie with demonstrable foetal and cardiac activity. No gross foetal anomaly seen.please what do this scan means because I m confused.
