The muscle spasm can be treated with a combination of analgesic and muscle relaxant like Tablet flexon MR {ibuprofen (400mg)and chlorzoxazone )}. you can take these medicines twice daily for 5days. You can apply cold and hot fomentation over the massetter muscle for every 10sec for 5-10min.
