Alright, thanks for your answers. im 22yrs i weigh 68 kg but 2yrs back i weigh 70 plus. I m having an autoimmune disorder, these are the symptoms i have; my muscles becoming smaller and softer, my body size is reducing and i feel pains on my back and neck. Seems as if someone wants to strangle me. Can i uarese fruits and vegg to build my immunity .
