What Is Big Size Lump Which Pains And Looks Purple In Thigh?

Hi i have a pretty big size lump under my skin on my inner thigh which hurts really bad when i went to go sit down it popped and there was tonjs of blood, there is still lots left i can feel it but when i looked it looks purple now. can you tell me what it could be

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
HI.Lots of blood , I can think of a hemangioma; dangerous if ruptured,
Get an ultrasonography and color doppler study to confirm the nature of such a lump and possible treatment.
If the investigation is normal noting to worry , then this is a boil which is very vascular for whatever reason is .
If this is so get an opinion of a Doctor .
