What Is Bowel Gas?

I had an ultra sound scan as per doctor advice, and have been adviced to take orni tablets for 10 days. While my scan reports say "Pancreas is obscured by bowel gas". I would like to know more on what is this bowel gas, any precautions need to be followed.

It is essentially normal gas in your intestines. Unfortunately, you can not do anything about it. If the ultrasound was inconclusive, you can get an MRI or CT scan.
