What Is Cause For Small, Deep Red Spots On Left Arm Occasionally ?
Occasionally I have small, deep red spots on my left arm. Right now I have 2 red spots about where I wear my watch. Sometimes they are higher up on my arm. Just dark red spots. Have not seen any on my right arm. Just small deep red spots. Just blotches. The two I have now are a little bigger than usual. Just don t know What causes them. Joyce J. Stewart

Hi.
As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is –
1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-B cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine like levocetirizine for 7-10days .
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid and hydroxyzine given only after consulting a dermatologist.
