What Is Causing A Painless Purplish Patch On My Testicles?

i had 2 black/blue spot on my testicles and i was a little worried and didnt even think of it. it has been spreading the last few days and now one has subsided and the other one is huge! it doesnt hurt and ive had sex with one girl with my girlfriend of 2 years. it looks almost like a buise, but i havnt gotten hit there in id say a year

Having 2 black/blue spots on the scrotum and one getting enlarged as per you history is a cause of concern.
I would advise you the following:
Get a consultation of a General Surgeon or still better the Onco-Surgeon to get a wide local excision biopsy to get a proper diagnosis and treatment to confirm whether this is malignant melanoma.
Further treatment will depend upon the histopathological examination and the CT scan of the abdomen and chest if this is malignant.
