What Is Causing Bleeding Nose With Headache And Red Eye During Period?

hi , i am a woman of 33 and last night i had a bleeding nose while sleeping (I realised this morning) . I m on my 3rd day of my period and since a couple of hours i have a headache .Also i do not know if this is relevant but yesterday the white part of my left eye was redish (which never happens to me )

Hello,

Yes, it may be caused by certain psychosomatic issues and in this case this is not dangerous and there is no need to be concerned.

However, some organic issues should be ruled out such as hypertension, nose polyps, sinusitiis- SO she should se ENT doctor for further evaluation. Also deviated deptum may be present in some cases and it should be properly treated.
