General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Per-rectal bleeding on passing stool without any pain or other symptoms in a young male of 23 is indicative of hemorrhoids.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Laxatives to keep the stool soft.
HIgh fiber diet.
Consult a General Surgeon for per-rectal examination, ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy if required to get a proper diagnosis and further management as per the findings.
I find this answer helpful
