Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having disc prolapse in the cervical and lumbar spine as you has lifted heavy weight.Treatment of it rest in comfortable position, analgesic such as ibuprofen, and neurotropic such as Mecobalamin. It does not seem to me as multiple sclerosis. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us.
