hello.please do get your eyes cheked first.but if it is of recent onset ,it could be conjunctivitis.if you had episodes like this earlier also ,it could be blockage of tear secreting apparatus due to infetion/stenosis etc

Although I am not doctor.Reason may be blockage of hole which leades to throat.Get it checked from Eye Specialist.
