Urologist 's  Response
Hi.
I would like to know her urine routine and ultrasound KUB to rule out any chance of renal disease that can cause decreased urine formation.
Also get ultrasound screening for Post void residual urine to rule out any chance of retention of urine that may be due to abnormal bladder behaviour or outlet obstruction.
Also decrease the intake of coffee. It is not going to help. Besides, I want to know what has been her daily intake of water. Has it been more than 2 to 2.5 litres in whole day. U can do a voiding diary to measure fluid intake and urine output for at least 2 days.
Kindly get back with these reports so that I can guide u further.
