What Is Causing Dizziness And Headaches In An 8 Year Old Child?

yes my son is 8 years old and he has mention for the pat 2 days about dizziness and then headaches and then it goes it away. He had a nose bleed on when he 1st experienced the dizziness, what could cause this and is this something i need to rush him to docotor

These are the possibilities for what you quote -
1. It could be a simple epistaxis or nose bleed, which should have triggered a
vagal attack and he felt dizzy.
2. Recurring dizziness and headache along with nose bleeds- particularly if
there is a history of trauma to head is very important. You need to rush to
emergency room.
