What Is Causing Excessive Burping, Fatigue, And Shortness Of Breath?

Hello Doctor. Thank you for the great job you are doing here. My problem is that I burp alot, especially after eating or drinking water and I sometimes feel short of breath and fatigue when it happens but after burping, I feel better but it persists afterwards. I did endoscopy a year ago and I was diagnosed with chronic gastritis and it shows that the antrum part of my stomach and the first part of the duodenum is what is affected. Just recently I noticed that when I sleep in the afternoon, I suddenly wake up to catch my breathe. I also notice my stomach beating like my heart. Please what is the issue with me and what can I do?
