Hi,

You have hypertension (BP 157/107 mm Hg) as co-morbidity with Panic disorders. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) e.g. Fluoxetine or selective serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) e.g. venlafaxine is usually used at one third to one-half of their usual antidepressant dose for panic disorders. Clonazepam is also helpful for panic attacks. These drugs itself may lower BP. If not, the anti-hypertensive drug will be needed to keep BP below 130/80 mm Hg.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
