I urinate often including at night, about every 60 to 90 minutes. I am 84 years old and eat well, exercise bu walking and mocing in our 4 ft. deep pool, and have no illness and few pains. Should I be taking something to extend the time through my Prostrait Gland? John Stewman YYYY@YYYY
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Frequent urination is commonly seen in old male due to prostate hyperplasia. You should go for ultrasound abdomen to know exact volume of prostate. you should go for serum PSA level is biopsy if needed. Drugs like prazosin and finasteride are helpful in benign prostatic hyperplasia. However is it prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
