What Is Causing Hands To Turn Purple And Green And Pain While Lifting Weight?
Within the last week I have noticed twice that the inside of my hands turn purple then green. I feel a slight pain in my left wrist and my left hand start to hurt if I hold something of weight. Also, I have noticed when I type, my arm begin to hurt and I have to stop. What could this be?
This mostly due to median nerve compression by waist retinaculum spasm. This may occur in overuse of hand or malmovment or wrong movement of hand. You should rest your hand and take non steroidal antiinflammatory drugs 3 ،times daily for 2 weeks. If the pain not relieved, do median nerve conduction test, but don’t worry as your symptoms need only medications.
