Hello,

POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME is clearly an entity that causes and is highly associated headaches that can be severe due to fluctuating hormonal levels, which is what is believed to be at the heart of many corporeal pains and cramps as you've described.

Of course, seeing a neurologist or headache doctor is also not a bad idea in order to rule out the possibility of a primary headache disorder, which could coexist with your PCOS though my bet is that your PCOS is the prime cause of what's going on throughout the body.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dariush Saghafi, Neurologist
