What Is Causing Headaches Daily After Having Lunch?
I have headache for 2- 3 hrs almost daily after having lunch, i eat home made food and usually have 3 chapatis/paranthas with some vegetable curry . I have heard that headache might be because of stomach getting heated due to chappati s. I would be grateful if you can help me.
Certain foods can cause headaches. If you think that you are getting headaches due to chapatis, then you can stop eating them and see if the headaches stop. If they do, then you might need to take chapatis out of your diet.
Do you have any other symptoms along with this. Are you getting bloating in the stomach or any other such issues. If this is the case, then we can identify why this is happening. Bloating or gas can also lead to headaches. A common culprit is the gluten in wheat which causes the issue
Please follow up with answers to these and I will help you with the next step.
Hope this helps you
