48 yr old women had my period last month normally then within 6 days after my period i had light spotting for 4 days and cramps then nothing for 7 days then got my period 8 days early (always get my period every 28 days) and that period was normal ( I do get cramps and heavy bleeding and it last for 6 days and that is normal for me) but I feel like I didnt really have a break from between the time I had my period and then the start of my next period. I have now been over my period for 7 days and spotted last night now today I have nothing but I do feel cramps. Is this a sign of going thru my changes or is this something else. I do get VERY nervous going to the doctors and I am stressing over this since my one friend said I may need a D & C.
