What Is Causing My Frequent Urination?

Hi, recently I've been needing to pee about 3 times an hour. When I go its alway like I have a full bladder and pee alot. It does not burn or itch, or that feelin of not completely emptying my bladder. Could it be a bladder infection, I can't remember how long its been since I had my last period, and do have unprotected sex with my boyfriend of 6 years. Any information would be appreciated greatly, thanks
