What Is Causing Nose And Eye Twitching Along With Ear Pain?

Hi I m having nose twitching in my left nostril in the crease touching my face. Also last couple days my right eye twitches when open mouth to eat food. The last 8 months benn having ear pain right ear and recently a little of the same pain in left ear. Help

please meet your doctor soon as this may be an early signs of a condition called bells palsy. you may need to be started on steroids and anti viral drugs. Thanks
