ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
There is tube connecting middle part of ear to the back of nose ---eustachian tube
There is blockage of tube , so you have blocked ears and fullness in the ears . because of the blockage there is fluid collection behind the ears and hearing loss occurs.
The tube gets blocked when there is sinus infection or nasal discharge and infection . It is same like when the tube gets blocked during the air flight.
YOU need to consult an ent specialist to get antibiotics and anti histaminics and decongestant tablets and nasal drops.
It usually takes 2 weeks for it to settle down.when on medicines.
In doubt do reply.
