What Is Causing Pressure In Ears?

hi I am 31 years old female, for the last 2 weeks I have been feeling pressure in my ears, like my ears want to pop but they wont..It has been on and off. I have tried to relate it to something but I cant figure out what it is. sometimes I get headaches too.
