What Is Causing Recurring White Bumps On My Tongue?
I have these white bumps one to two each time they are big on my tongue they go from one side to the other side of my tongue they last a month or so and then they come back a month later.. What could this be? and what causes it? How can I prevent it from happening?
Hello It usually is benign migratory glossitis or geographic tongue, usually it occurs without any cause and is completely harmless. It occurs due to changes in our tongue mucosa. You can try to reduce it by avoiding hot and spicy food. Keep your tongue clean using tongue cleaner and stop worrying about. Experts suggest an emotional cause to this too. Thank you.
