Hello
It usually is benign migratory glossitis or geographic tongue, usually it occurs without any cause and is completely harmless. It occurs due to changes in our tongue mucosa. You can try to reduce it by avoiding hot and spicy food.
Keep your tongue clean using tongue cleaner and stop worrying about.
Experts suggest an emotional cause to this too.
Thank you.
