Hi...from this morning I been having really bad smelly burps which smell like rotten eggs I been drinking loads of water.... 3 or hours later i was getting werid nosie from belly like I need to go to the toilet but nonethink happends now I go toilet and I have diarrhoea... I don t know want it is but I finding it hard to sleep with it... plus I am 29 weeks pregnant

Noted your history of 29 weeks of pregnancy with smelly burps since morning, weird noises from belly like need to go to the toilet, but nothing happened initially, now have diarrhea. I would advise you the following: Rush to ER or nearest hospital as you are pregnant and have intestinal problems. Send the sample of stool and blood. You may need appropriate antibiotics if required as per the clinical evaluation and investigations by the Doctor. See that you are not dehydrated. Have a second opinion of your Gynecologist to reduce the baby wise risk factors.
