What Is Causing Soft Lump On Left Testicle?
i suspect having spermatocele on my left testicle, but whenever i press the lump it becomes smaller but then it will return back to its original size size of pea. sometimes it hurts i have been having these symptoms for years but no effect on my fertility.please advice doctor.thank you

Why do you want to fiddle with such lump.
Please undergo ultrasonography and get a proper diagnosis. IF your family is complete - consult an Urologist and ask for a proper guidance.
This an be a collection of blood in the varicoele. spermatoceles are not known to get smaller.
