What Is Causing Tenderness In Breast?

Good afternoon doc..I took nordette last june 28 as EC and i think i had my period last june 16..until now i dont have my period..ive experienced breast tenderness and pain, bloating and white discharge..do you think im pregnant now???I havent tried any pregnancy test kit yet

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

All these signs and symptoms may be from premenstrual syndrome but we cant exclude pregnancy if you have had unprotected intercourse.
Use of Emergency contraception is very effective if you have used it within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
But the main side effect is prepone or postpone of periods .
Have a pregnancy test done to exclude pregnancy .
If it is positive contact your doctor.
If it is negative ,be calm and wait for breakthrough periods .
Another time have protected intercourse and do not use often emergency pill,but consult with a health practitioner for a long time birth control method .
