Hi,I am Dr. Radhakrishna (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Is Causing The Moderate Pain In My Left Abdomen?
I have moderate pain in my left abdomen, just under the ribs. There is no indigestion, no diarrhea, no constipation, no gas. There is also related pain in my left shoulder, that radiates up to the muscle attached to my left eyebrow. Sometimes when I change position or twist there will be a tingling feeling my side and shoulder and the pain momentarily goes away.
HI. Quite a rare and unusual presentation. I would request you fr the following :: Ultrasonography to see what is there at the diaphragm causing this type of pain. X-ray of he Chest PA and left lateral position to see there is no affection of pleura. Blood counts. Clinical evaluation is very important and does not substitute any tests. So be seen and examined by a Doctor.
