What Is Causing The Pain In My Right Upper Arm?

I have been having a pain in my right upper arm. There is no heat or redness to get but it seems to be getting worse and traveling to my elbow. when I lift it or move it the wrong way it hurts worse. I was thinking that I most likely would have to get a ultrasound or a something but have no insurance.

Hi,

Probable diagnosis: 1) supraspinatus tendinitis 2) bicipital tendinitis

TREATMENT: 1) rest 2) slow mobilization exercise ( eg.wall climbing exercises)
3) hot water fomentation

It takes about 3-4 weeks before u feel significant relief. But u may feel better in about a week.
