What Is Causing The Sharp Pains And Cramps On The Left Side Of The Abdomen?
Hi ovulated 10 days ago and today I am experiencing sharp pains and cramping on my left side (the side I believe I ovulated) I only had sex once 4 days before ovulation. My period isn t due for 4 days and I don t get cramps until I ve actually started my period normally. Any thoughts? I got a negative on pg test today.

A pregnancy test won't be positive so soon. Unless the follicular study was done it is difficult to say which side you ovulated.
Your pain need be due to conception. If severe get a direct check up with a Gynaecologist.
