What Is Difference Between Eplerenone And Spiranoloctone?
have been taking spiranoloctone for a couple of months along with carvidelol and losartan to try and raise my ejection fraction. this has worked but it has begun to raise boobs also. not interested in that. will be changed over to eplerenone. what are the differences and will there be no boob raising.thank terry

Gynecomastia (breast growth in males) is less common with the eplerenone than with spironolactone because eplerenone is more selective in its action.
