Skull has anterior, middle and posterior fossa. You have not mentioned which fossa.
CSF Cyst, means Cerebro-Spinal Fluid cyst.
CSF is the normal fluid found in the interior of brain and spinal cord. If there is localised collection of CSF due to obstruction in it's flow it swells up and is called CSF cyst.
