good day! I m jane 24 years old and my ultrasound diagnosis says single,live intrauterine pregnanacy,cephalic presentation 22 weeks 2 days composite sonar age with good cardiac and motor activity. placenta is fundal in location with grade 1 to 2 maturity. normohydramnios.
