thanks for choosing health care magic.Left ventricular hypertrophy means left ventricle which is one of the four chambers of heart,its wall is thickened.This could be due to uncontrolled blood pressure or some other reason.If you have problems your doctor will advise 2-d echo to confirm and more detailed analysis.
