Hi,
The bone at the base of your spine is the coccyx and is quite sensitive if damaged. You may have inadvertently bruised your coccyx. Paracetamol and ibuprofen will help the pain. With rest the pain should subside.
Alternatively, you may have a pilonidal cyst which has become inflamed or infected. This is a small cyst commonly found at the base of the spine which can cause pain when inflamed. I suggest you see your doctor who will be able to examine you and confirm the cause of your pain.
