What Is Making My Skin Flaky Like Patches And Bleed?

i have several dime to nickle size flaky patches of skin on my behind it does not itch but i have had it for over twenty years. it spreads at the rate of one every 7 or 8 years. i hate it. they never heal and the patches bleed when it pick the scabe but they never heal they only scab over and stay there.

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to eczema. I recommend to use Calamine lotion for local application. I also suggest to use a moisturizer for daily application. I recommend to avoid scratching the area.
