What Is Maximum Intake Of Calcium For 14 Year Old Boy?

Hello, please see https://www.peakheightonline.com/ I have just bought these and I am a 14 year old boy. Are these safe to use? Are they really FDA approved, and are there long term health issues? What's the maximum intake for calcium for a boy my age should and can take?

Thanks for the query.
I would personally recommend you not to go for any market product, as it may have side effects like hormonal imbalance.
some of the natural ways are-
Proper Sleep, Regular Exercise, Sports, Yoga.
Maintaining the Correct Posture, Balanced Diet.

Vitamin D and proteins help in triggering the growth hormones, and are required for proper growth of teeth and bones.Taking drugs and alcohol at a young age can be extremely harmful.

Most available data indicate that calcium intake levels of about 800 mg/d are associated with adequate bone mineral accumulation in prepubertal children.

Hope this helps you.
