What Is Meaning Of Retroverted Bulky Uterus With Intramural Fibroids?

I am diagnosed with retroverted bulky heterogeneous lobulated on the walls contain tiny intramural fibroids largest 1.7cm. Billateral polyycistic ovaries. HB - 8.6. My tummy is becoming big day by day. I have undergone two c-sections. Is there any problem??
