What Is Meant By Thickened Irregular Endometrium With Blood Clots?
I am 29 years old, never pregnant. I usually have regular but heavy periods. I just got an ultrasound on the 10th day if my menstrual cycle and it showed thickened irregular endometrium with blood clots of 8mm. Can you please tell what this could mean?

It's a nice concern. You have an abnormal uterine bleeding. So basically you must undergo dilation and curettage procedure to see histopathology of your endometrial. And we can start medication.
