I had a missed miscarage at 8 weeks the baby was 7 weeks no hb. I had d and c done on Monday 8/25/14 and today is Monday 9/1/14 my bleeding has increassed to the point where I stand up it poured out of me today. Then stopped again. Last night I was in the er with bleeding and clotting. That stopped last night. Today no clots but lots of bleeding. Scan showed something may be in the uterus but was not 100% conclusive. The dr sent me home with methylergonovine if bleeding gets worse... I m afarid to take this med I hear it s very painful and if scan showed everything looked ok plus pelvic exam why am I bleeding so bad? Also some tenderness on my lower left side in back. What should I do. Rest and wait? Or go back to the ER?
