I'm a male and I put my penis into a girl's vagina for not more than 5 seconds and took it out because I wasn't wearing a condom. It turned out we didn't have any condoms so we decided to not go through with it. What are the chances of me catching anything from her if she has any STDs or HIV?

To be honest, there is every chance. Even if it for 5 seconds, still it remains unprotected. Please look for any signs and symptoms and get checked for the infections. Some infections manifest later. So you need to be cautious and observant for quite sometime.
